Positive Resources for Empowering Professionals

Project P.R.E.P is a tool to empower, equip, and enrich administrators and school faculty to get the most out of their skills through seminars and conferences. A key component to effectively teaching and guiding young people is to have an atmosphere that is conducive to achieving your goal as an educator. Project P.R.E.P. seminars and conferences focus on bridging the gap between students and educators by teaching the educator to recognize, acknowledge, and relate to today’s students.

The task of equipping today’s youth with the necessary skills for success is a challenge. For this reason First and Goal, Incorporated offers developmental and motivational programs for teachers, counselors, and other youth service specialists. The purpose of these programs is to offer encouragement and support to those individuals dedicated to servicing our youth. The program is designed to help the individuals in youth service fields overcome real issues they are challenged by everyday. The staff development programs focus on areas such as team building, creating a positive attitude and environment, as well as conflict resolution and problem solving techniques.
